Technical Specifications
Trial/Evaluation/POC Requirements
Evaluation requirements are the minimum hardware your computer must have to install DataClarity Analytics and Data Science platform (DataClarity Server). These requirements are appropriate for testing and prototyping. They apply to single-node installation that includes all components and to each computer in a distributed installation.
The following requirements apply to all computers running DataClarity Server, including physical hardware and virtual machines (VMs):
- 4 physical cores, 8 vCPU (ex. AWS)
- 16 GB of RAM
- 30 GB minimum free disk space
DataClarity Server should not be installed on a physical computer or on a VM instance that is also running resource-intensive applications such as databases or application servers.
Production Requirements
For production use, the computer on which you install or upgrade DataClarity Server should meet or exceed the minimum production installation requirements. However, keep in mind that actual system needs for DataClarity Server installations can vary based on many factors, including number of users and the number and size of datasets (and cached datasets).
